Inline Roof Ventilator
This is one of several roof void ventilator designs that we have developed to match some of the more popular concrete tiles currently used on domestic buildings. This particular one for example would align with the Redland 49 style of concrete tile and produce a ventilation figure of 10,000 sq mm. The attachment is to enable a flexible pipe to be fitted for forced air ducting from a bathroom or soil pipe.

JigBrix™ Chambers
This picture shows a chamber constructed of JigBrix™. These are interlocking, injection moulded bricks, approximately 150mm x 75mm x 75mm, which can be fitted together to form chambers of virtually any size. These chambers are mainly used for construction of manholes and gullys etc in the highway plus drainage pits and associated units in the railway system. For further details click onto the picture or the baby playing with the JigBrix™.

Inline Roof Ventilator
This plus the picture below are further examples of our ‘Inline’ range of ventilators. The one shown opposite has a through ventilation area of 15,000 sq mm and blends with the “Double Roman” type of concrete tile. This range of ventilators was developed by us to improve the aesthetic look of a roof when fitting this type of ventilation unit. Prior to this the style most commonly used was that with a large hood on the top which did not really do very much to enhance the overall look of the building.

Surface or Termination Box
This item is one of a range of small ‘Surface’ box’s as they are known by the Utility services ( Water & Gas ) or ‘Termination’ box’s as used by the cable television companies. We designed this particular unit as a replacement for the ductile iron ones commonly seen in the pavement areas providing access to stop taps for water supplies or gas supplies. One novel feature of this box is the “living hinge” design which is a plastic hinge incorporated into the lid to enable it to open fully back onto the pavement surface, thus preventing excess lid breakages as found with some of the iron units.

Gas Valve Install Kit
This is a “kit” of parts that we produce for the gas industry to reduce the time taken to install a gas valve assembly. This was developed to replace the traditional method of two bricks supporting a section of pipe and a ductile iron surface box. Being lighter and more resilient to accidental breakage and quicker to install, these units represent quite a cost saving. They also have the advantage that at ‘end of life’ they can be re-cycled and not merely put into landfill site

Stop Tap Install Kit
This unit is very similar to the above ‘Gas Valve Install Kit’, the obvious difference being that the base unit is designed to fit the common range of 25mm & 32mm water stop taps and the service guard pipe is 150mm as opposed to 100mm as above. We first developed these kits for use by many of the major water utilities, approximately 15 years ago and have supplied several million since that time.
