Since its origination nearly 20 years ago PHI Design Ltd has
always tried to be an innovative design and manufacturing
company with good lateral thinking abilities. The company
first started, developing aerial systems for satellite navigation
equipment and from this moved into product development for
the building, civil engineering and utility industries. Some
of which you can see on the next page.
We currently utilise both Pro Engineer and Autocad systems
to assist in the development of our designs, which means
that we can readily transfer the completed project to a
c.n.c. machining centre for production of the required injection
mould tooling.
For products that require manufacturing in-house we have
six Sandretto injection moulding machines ranging from 135
to 380 tons clamp force, plus a small & friendly workforce
who are always able, willing and ready to assist our customers
in any way they can.
